Project description

The first version of the CRM system was made by us almost 15 years ago and has been working for the company for a long time. Technologies at that time only began to develop actively, and we received and increased our knowledge in this area. When the customer needed to develop a rather complex feature set and we realized that this product will not just be an accounting system, but will literally become the "core” of the business and the center of student interaction through a mobile app, we offered to change the platform and do everything from scratch, adhering to the principle of “Long-Term Support (LTS)” in the development of such projects, where you need to properly organize the baseline architecture.

We are missing a few paragraphs to reveal all the features of the system that have been developed over the past 5 years. Here are some of them: complete control groups of students and their class schedule, courses and prices for products with subsequent integration into the payment system, management of students, cashiering for all types of transactions, interfacing with system of acceptance of payments from the population of “Privat Bank” with the possibility of authorisation at any Bank terminal by your phone number and pay cash or bank transfer (by the way, we were one of the first in Ukraine who actually did its integration at all), a powerful analytical engines that show the whole picture of groups and enrollment of students, including analysis on the company's expenditure by major objects, the system engine of testing students, which transmits data to the personal account of student, by the way, and it is directly interacts with this personal web account and mobile app of student, management system of teachers salaries and bonuses, and much more.

The description of all the feature set may cover a 50-page edition, but there is no goal to talk about all the features. This project is an excellent indicator of how two teams (the customer and the performer) can develop a truly unique business solution that has become the Foundation and Basis for the school.

Green Forest is the largest English language school in Ukraine, which annually trains tens of thousands of students, giving them invaluable knowledge and opening up new horizons and opportunities. The company has over 15 offices and 400 teachers.

In addition to the offline direction of education, Green Forest has made many big steps in the past few years towards online education. We have developed an interactive online textbook for the company, which has only a few analogues in the world, and this product has been successfully integrated into their education system.

Thanks to our own unique CRM and student's personal account, which we have developed for the company, Green Forest can rightfully be considered a fully interactive school, since the student interacts with all their data through their own personal account, and its feature set provides all the needs of both the school and the student: homework, training schedule, special courses, live webinars, Skype classes and much more.
